This or any administration. If you are green card holder and yo have an arrest. Whether convicted or not, you are flagged to ensure all charges are dropped and if convicted not a deportable offense.

My husband is always sent to secondary! When we returned from Mexico in 2021 it was scary but it’s normal now as it occurred again returning from the Philippines last month. 45 minutes in secondary- we just waited for his name to be called every time..

Sir, when you have a green card, you are essentially on probation so what you think is a minor criminal activity is not. you cannot be committing criminal activities when you have a green card 😒😒

Green card by marriage 12 y in the us . Just got a misdemeanor for petty theft .. 40 dollars forgot to scan 3 items but does not matter if intent was there or not .. got a lawyer will get it dismissed them expunged. I heard 3 years from now I could still request citizenship and good chances to get it . What do you think? Should I avoid traveling under this government ?
