Unplug crank sensor and see if it starts. That will tell you if you have a problem there

We had one that the crank tone wheel had slipped on metal sleeve that it is molded to. The rear main seal had pushed out of the engine slightly and made it move.

Ohm test sucks. Load the wires and isolate with a bulb. Can have 12v but not carry a load.

Check the harness about 10 inches up from the CKP connector where the harness runs behind the cylinder head.

I would stick a camera in there if it’s a got a tone ring those crack

I had one come for same issue and inspected tone ring and found these cracks on mine replaced sensor and tone ring no issues hope this works for you

It’s never been the crank sensor. Usually wiring issues, pin issue or the reluctor wheel. or if someone replaced the crank sensor and they did not line it up right because a broken alignment sleeve.
