I get my oil changed here all the time they offer you water they even will put a fan in your car if you're hot but it is policy and it is for your own safety and a lot of these young men are very respectable, you can't expect him to lose his job over somebody not following policy they have a right to refuse services as well if you don't want to fall a policy and that's exactly what he's doing he's respectful and telling you that but there are rules that need to be followed you are not above the law or the rule.
