Some polishes and glues are considered HAZMAT. Basically, if it has a strong chemical odor, I’m definitely going to say something because it’s flammable. If your glue isn’t flammable, then you’re fine. Just google it. Youd be surprised how often people start painting their nails on the aircraft. It’s definitely not allowed.

They have nail tabs that stick if you warm them up. You can probably get away with those cause there’s no odor and it’s not liquid or anything

😂😂😂😂 Unfortunately not 😭😭 it’s because the smell is considered a disruptive odor! So no nail polish, no acetone, even if someone has really bad BO, we are able to kick them off. Some FA are just more lenient than others

7 year flight attendant, the substance is flammable. Also the smell? You’re in a very enclosed area. Why did you choose to do that on the plane why not in the terminal. Smh
