We had all this but he was fake , Mine just had his 2years green card in Feb 2025,enlisted in the Army in March , started distancing himself from me , placed a recorder in my car over heard his conversation with his friend abt him leaving for BCT n the game will be over. He has another woman with a baby living in another state, bought a house under his kid brother’s name , the girl knows about his games and she lives for the past 3years with his sister in MD. I am confused and hurt from this level of betrayal.

Did my filing on my own with this exact formula - the storytelling. I was approved by USCIS in under 90 days. Point is he's correct. With the current political climate an Attorney might be your best bet.

Not correct I have 24 cases that was approved after he came in office. Make sure your filed is well put together all details. As a former immigration specialist for HS make sure your documents is set make sure proper affidavits. Please don't have fear put God first you got this.

Many people do fake marriages (like always) to get greencard & that has always been illegal. Everyone who got their greencards & citizenship via fake marriages shall get their G.C.or citizenship revoked at any time (even if they had their G. C. or citizenship for 100 years). Law is law. Law has always been law…regardless of political affiliations etc.

he is right.. the stakes are much higher now...and each case is also different.. it's just best to be prepared for anything and everything. all interviews are going to be scrutinized, especially proving that the marriage is bonafide.

the marriage had too much evidence 😩, because we only submitted pics and a marriage license, never had anything else together not even rings because we were broke, he's a citizen now no issues, wishing them luck

I found out he was cheating I took all my evidence and made a folder from start to end when I went in I explained everything and they ask me about his family and trust me I was on the ball I did my investigation and I had all my evidence ready

I never did any affidavit but you can if you want to but do your research and sometimes some marriage cases don’t even need a lawyer . Submit all your joint documents , don’t fear trust God and be honest.

I and my husband did our interview 3 weeks ago it was a success we did something like this I got an album write our beginning in the front of it and and beside each picture we put a story even up to the day we got married and after the day we got married, we tell all stories we did not get too many questions during our interview and it was approved right there on the spot then my husband receive his card sometime last week
