I’m no expert but I have touched a couple Deutz engines, I recommend doing a valve adjustment, also make sure there’s plenty of oil, the ones I worked on were oil cooled. As far as sound it doesn’t sound too far off from what I’m familiar with. Couldn’t tell you what’s causing the oil in the exhaust with no blow by, my only guess would be a crack between oil channels around the cylinders and the exhaust manifold but that’s probably not the case
