I once worked in a company where you are not given an appointment letter, you sign but they remain with your signed appointment letter, such that incase of termination, you cannot sue them, because they remain with your signatures in their files!!!!

Hello I used to work for a certain Bike shop company in Gigiri as a sale for 3yrs now..I got an Accident on 27th May 2025 while Going to work and broke my leg Tibia 🦴 I did a sergury and doctors said I should stay at home for atleast 3 months to recover…May Last month they paid me Half of my salary then June they paid me nothing at all ..Am Here stranded with a family.i can’t pay rent,can’t buy medicine,can’t see physiotherapist nor feed my family well..what can i do am stressed…any advice on what to do,,
