@snatched.anna: I’m not telling you to starve 24/7 — let’s get that straight. But when you’re on a diet, it’s normal to feel hungry. And you need to accept that. Because if losing weight were easy and comfortable all the time, everyone would be fit. So embrace the hunger. Say to yourself: “When I’m hungry, I’m burning fat. I’m getting closer to my goal.” That doesn’t mean you need to starve for five hours straight — But yes, you will experience moments of hunger throughout the day. And you need to control it. Accept it. Understand it’s part of the process. There’s no such thing as a diet where you eat unlimited amounts and never feel a bit hungry. It doesn’t exist. So if you’re on a diet and you’re hungry? Good. That means it’s working.
