I needed to see this at this point. I’ve been eating below 1000 calories for 6 months and lost 11kg. Still have over 10kg left to hit my goal but I started feeling sick and empty so I think it’s definitely time to take a little break

i have a goal weight i wanna reach. and ive been on a calorie deficit for 5 months and im almost halfway to my goal weight. i sometimes eat a little over my deficit every now and then so my body doesnt adapt and keep my metabolism moving. when i reach my goal weight, should i stop being in a deficit and eat at maintenance? or will i gain it all back if i dont get back on a deficit?

my calorie deficit is around 2100 ish and my my maintenance is 24 or 2500 im 280 lbs. 29% body fat and honestly I'm having trouble even getting that much in tbh the most protien I can get in is about 150 grams and my trainer told me I should be getting around 198 to 200 grams even in my deficit.. ive gotten stronger and my muscle grew a little but I still weigh the same and I feel like I still have the same amount of body fat.. but yeah I work construction and I train for hypertrophy and sometimes train for power. can someone give me some advice 😁

I ate in a crazy deficit (I had 500cal per day)for years. My heart fell out my skin went to pot and I was always ill. I also didn’t lose weight, I became insulin resistant and put on 4 stone, even though I clocked 25k steps on a lazy day. I increased my calories to 1800 In February. I haven’t put on weight, my hair, skin and nails are recovering. I’m not tired and hungry all the time. My periods are more regular than they’ve ever been. Now I’m just trying to find more activities to do to shed the belly over time as walking may tone my legs but don’t shift the weight.

I had my dreambody eating 1000cals a day 😭 I want in back but I felt soooooooo weak and tired all the time. I were 58kg and now I’m 63kg and gained some fat and muscle back, but I kinda liked my skinny form more. I don’t know how to feel about this situation or what I should do.

3 months ago I started a calorie deficit, I have lost 10 kgs so far. I never feel hungry and still feel like im eating heaps, just healthier. I cant imagine myself eating as much as I was before, I was a big random snacker.
