I do this alot and yes 3-4 hours no nap I feel better throughout the day on the inside, like clean energy.

Oh, but you do. Every damaged cell in your body gets repaired only when you sleep. Without sleep those damaged cells can morph into illness/disease. Sleep is every bit as important as fueling and lifting. I was a gym rat for 2 decades but because cortisol can take up to 48 hours to normalize I slept about 3 hours per night. Some thought it was a flex but if you’re shootings for optimal health it’s no good.
