Girl... I'm a professional painter and lemme tell you the paint doesnt matter as much as you think it does(as long as u dont use wall paint). What matters is preparation work, you gotta sand that shit... nothings gonna stick otherwise...

Last month I was gonna put some shelves up in the kitchen over a power socket, and actually checked the path of the power cable BEFORE I drilled into it. For someone who's electrocution count is in double figures, this was a big achievement 😂😂😂😂

hey, proffesional painter here ^^ So basically any paint (except wall paint) should be the right one. But you have to sand it beforehand and get rid of the dust. Like going over it with a wet cloth. Let it dry and you should be good to go.
