Typically when you hear frankincense oil, its the essential oil diluted in a carrier oil. Yet there are many other ways to make an oil that has frankincense in it, like doing a simple infusion or an extraction + infusion. All of these different ways of processing frankincense make a huge difference on what beneficial compounds you will get and therefore benefit from!
