@mariannas_pantry: One pan taco skillet!! Ingredients 16 oz 98% lean ground chicken (could also use turkey or beef) 1 package of taco seasoning 1 jar of salsa verde 1 large orange bell pepper, diced 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can of corn For serving: Shredded lettuce shredded cheddar cheese Avocado Tortilla chips Instructions: 1. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray, place over medium heat. Add ground chicken, cook on each side for 1 minute before breaking it into crumbles with a spatula. Add half the taco seasoning and half the jar of salsa verde, mix. Then add bell pepper 2. Once chicken is almost done cooking reduce heat to low and add beans, corn, the rest of the taco seasoning and salsa. Cook for 2 minutes then remove from heat. 3. Add toppings and serve with tortilla chips! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. #healthyrecipes #highprotein #healthydinner

I make this all the time but never added the salsa. So adding that next time. I usually portion it out into a salad and then crush about 5 chips on top and use a lite Catalina dressing. But totally gonna try your salsa tip this week!
