Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or use silicone molds. 2. Microwave chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. 3. Spoon a little melted chocolate into each mold, then tilt or use a spoon to spread it up the sides. 4. Place the molds in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden. 5. In a bowl, mix vanilla Greek yogurt with peanut butter or peanut butter powder until smooth. 6. Add a dollop of the yogurt-peanut butter mixture into the center of each chocolate shell. 7.
