I gotta be honest.. I've been playing video games for years now..multiple hours a day..never had a sweaty hand. Why y'alls hands sweaty? Being "sweaty" when gaming ain't a literal thing😅

mice with a fan isnt anything new. been done for years already. pretty sure I remember one from 2010 but cant find it. wireless one are already around as well. all noctua have done is make the fan adjustable. not sure Id call that the "coolest mouse ever"
