Based off that one scene in spongebob, the quickster ran so fast not even a single frame caught him. The mountain is moderate sized, maybe 1 mile away let’s just say. So the trip was 2 miles. One frame is 41.67 milliseconds or, 0.0416 seconds. 2 miles being around 3,218.7 meters. 3,218.7/0.0416 seconds making the speed being 77,366 meters a second.
