Bullies are NEVER happy or kind people. Bullies do not feel good about themselves so by being mean and hateful towards others, they can feel better about themselves. It’s almost never about YOU. The fuel the fire gets, the less it will burn.

People tried to bully me when I was in school, but I laughed at myself louder then them, and they left me alone because they didn't get the reaction they wanted (I didn't knew they were bullying me until later lol I was a bit in my own world✨)

I’m generally a nice person, but I’m somehow just not scared of anymore. When I decide to be mean, I always take it to hell. It’s the way I was raised that’s been making me a people pleaser, and I’m actively unlearning that.

But when you’re dealing with a narcissist (which most bullies already are) they will just laugh in your face in front of their group followers to keep you small. You getting angry and telling them to f-off is just fueling their motivation in getting you to break & they will only get worse. And when you are not a physically intimidating person- saying those words will not scare them off- they will see it as you challenging them and they will unleash on you even worser. Unfortunately the only solution is to remove yourself from their presence
