full sick pay for 6 months starting from day 1,up to 33 days annual leave not including bank holidays NHS pension which is one of the best in the UK, I could go on

Wow people in the public sector moaning about their pay rises when taxes are already up and people are struggling to pay their existing bills and also haven’t had payrise and redundancies are going up

I always thought that people who cared for others did it for altruistic reasons, that they had a calling to help the sick. It seems they r as mercenary as the rest of the population and an above inflation pay rise is not enuff! Illusion shattered

Arguable 3.6% too much for clerical and management staff…., also the public sector is a destructor not creator of wealth hence pay will always be lower

People need to appreciate they are in employment whatever the increase. Many companies are facing difficult times with many placing employees in redundancy situations. We all work hard why single out different professions
