My grandmother got the dalkon shield, and she ended up getting pregnant with twins, and the device ruptured the sac and caused her to miscarry and bleed out while giving a bath to her other 5 kids. She was traumatized from the experience. 😭

IUDs are also evil. I had a perforation, NHS did nothing for 10 weeks despite unbelievable pain. I had it taken out in Germany- where doctors don’t systematically gaslight women 🙃
