War stories - cops :
I was there for this weekend race. Awesome race and much fun but: Completely disorganized. The so called yellow jackets were few and far from being found. Getting there by public transport was nonexistent. Uber drivers had to drop off more than a mile from the facility. And if you think that’s bad, we walked 3 miles from the speedway to finally locate an Uber. The area is not desirable. It’s a low income community plagued with crime. Needless to say, it was much fun! But man they have to figure out how to better handle the large crowd. Conduct a study and deal with this huge problem

they never gave an official count on the infield. Those are actual seats . The infield could hold? Until you've walked from turn 1 to turn 3 carrying a cooler full of beer..you haven't lived.

I’m from Indiana and been several times over the years to the track. It’s cool but if you don’t like huge crowds and traffic, it’s best to just listen to it on the radio
