3 years in for me…I highly recommend following the Autoimmune Protocol Diet & identifying your trigger foods, taking a daily probiotic (Florastor is a great one), using aluminum free spray deodorant, dye free body wash, Hibiclens 3x a week, and taking Zinc, Copper, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 & magnesium..stress can be a major trigger for some, so learning meditation & yoga can be helpful as well…get a good quality beard trimmer to use instead of shaving…exfoliating your skin is very important and helpful..Gut Health is essential as all autoimmune things are directly related to gut health! ❤️

I’ve tried all treatments available from Humira to Inflictra infusions and none of which have worked except for Steroid shots which do take the flares down for while and then they want to do surgery which I’m so scared to do tbh as I’m just afraid of how much will be cut out and if they mess up and cut muscle because that can’t come back haha so yeah I am very afraid to do surgery tbh but I’m also afraid to stay worn out and miserable as well….

I’m literally in the middle of two flaire ups under both armpits . Idk what to do. Cannot even left my left arm . So tired of going to ER TO get it drained it’s more painful I’d rather just wait it out.
