Don’t come here coping about “maximizing” to me. You’re still small and haven’t coached anybody. Just making sure that’s out the way.  - Now. Row variations can allow you to get away with doing less total sets in your sessions if you wanted to. Like if I didn’t feel like doing anything specific for lats and traps, ima just do a neutral grip row and call it a day. It will efficient enough for lats, traps, and rear delts. Some cases, I just do 1 set neutral, 1 set pronated at the same machine if possible. So then voíla. I’ve completed all I would need for back at one machine.  - I haven’t done rear delts in over two years. Kinda pointless. Especially with the rowing form I watch from majority of people. When I see people that say their rear delts are lagging, I look at their entire physique.. everything is lagging. So pretty much you haven’t been training that long. No noob should ever be talking about a lagging muscle group - Also just understand, genetically, having great lats, traps, or rear delts just ain’t in your bag. No matter how much you try to “isolate” or “maximize”. And people are using the “maximize” to cope over what they genetically just won’t have so it’s “I gotta do _____ to maximize and get the most out of _____”, no you don’t. You’re literally still knee high to a duck.  - So, no you don’t count back all together. Muscle groups have different functions, but certain compound movements can allow for an efficient enough stimulus that you can count more than one muscle group if you wanted to. #fyp #fypシ #gym #Fitness
