No you mom does not need him.. You need to let that baby go to fostercare. if ou have you family take him it will never change I had dhs dhs to my house. best desion ever for my case m baby was in care for 10 months. 7 yrs clean.

That home is not safe for a child. Call CPS! To place the child with that grandmother in that home who allowed that home to get to that point of filth, she is no better than her daughter.
