Hi, I am 51 and peri. Last March I had ultrasound and biopsies after which I was told I had likely Adenomyosis. I did suffer with very heavy painful periods but since December I have just had light sporadic spotting with maybe a 2-5 day gap.

Okay, I’m 42 and it’s brutally obvious that I am going through perimenopause… I just had my cycle but now when I wipe, there’s a blood stain. Nothing that would warrant a liner, pad or tampon. I literally feel like I’m about to start again minus cramps. My last day of my period should have been Saturday and it’s Wednesday.. also to note there are odors … is this part of my body changing? Please help..🙏

Yeah, so true. Im 46, almost 47 and my period was 7 day of lets say, normal flow to light but now day 9 i started spotting🥴😪

Hi Tracy, I'm 51 and my period has changed severely, 3 to much longer and heavy , I have PCOS and ovary wedge resection when I was 32 since then I have had regular cycles. But lately it been hectic , I been put on the pill to control the heavy bleeding and prolonged bleeding, is there anything else I can do?

Bleeding, albeit minimal but consistently for months now on 0.075mg patch 2xweek plus 200mg progesterone daily. Gyn isn't extremely knowledgeable but willing to listen and prescribe, just up to me to self-learn.
