That’s not how it works anymore. These days, even scoring 99.75% on the entrance exam isn’t enough — that’s just the minimum required to be considered, and you're still ranked after that. Plus, you still need strong A-Level grades, especially in Biology and Chemistry. It might have been easier 6–7 years ago, but entry into Sofia Medical University is now far more competitive. Both academic background and exam results matter — the bar is much higher now.

Bulgaria has a ranking system.. and yes, you need full marks but your entry is not Guaranteed. Georgia is guaranteed entry but a expensive country to study in. travelling to and fro to the country is also expensive .
