Yall gotta FILE APPEALS !!!! After court file an appeal. They don’t tell yall that bc they want yall out! File the appeal, you’ll pay your rent through the courts until another court date, which takes months sometimes a year. That give you more time to figure out your next move

Apply for an another apartment now and go through OneApp Guarantee.....they will help with the deposit that will help you get approved quick, I went through this same thing. Got my eviction on a Tuesday, applies to another apartment on Tuesday night, was approved on Thursday, I was gone Friday. Look for an apt complex that is smaller

Same thing happened to me, i stayed with my mom, got a new job and then got an apartment with a cpn. Been living in my new apt for over a year now with no problems .

call churches email pastors!!! reach out to many. You will get a reply they will send $500, $300 etc. Go to a service. Talk to Pastor after and ask for help. Worse they can say is no. Dont give up.

Move out BEFORE they evict you to save an eviction on your credit report and rental history. Apply for a new place quickly (use one guarentor app) and move before it shows on your record

also check your state laws regarding how they’re supposed to deliver the notices, bc if it wasn’t private and in an envelope or delivered however your state requires then you can counter it with that as well
