As someone who worked and dipped at Godiva, the reason your getting “chicken skin” is because it’s too thin. Try not adding the paramount crystals. We never used that. Just our chocolate.

I use a pot and bowl, the double boiler method and my chocolates come out creamy and delicious! No paramount crystals needed! 🏳️🌈🌈🥰

I got a mini single serve crock pot and it’s perfect for melting chocolate. Easy to add more to it as it gets low and it keeps it the perfect consistency for dipping.

Another thing you can do to make sure it doesn’t burn is to put your microwave at half power too🥰 I warm my chocolate up 30 sec increments too at half power

You can use a tiny bit or Crisco if you don't have paramount crystals.

Wow did not know there was a silicone cup like that! Definitely need. I see other creators constantly use plastic cups in the microwave and I don't like that.
