Glad to hear your take, I have the Hestan Nanobond and they are only slightly nonstick, it helps with cleaning. I never have to scrub them, I soak them over night and the mess slides off. And dishwasher safe helps.

I have the Hestan pans and I love them. After years of daily use they still look perfect and are barely scratched. They are huge investment, but they’re dishwasher safe and no other pans in their class are.

If you use it every day, it’s worth it. It is only sort of non-stick for cooking, but the real win is when you wash it. Everything come off with minimal scrubbing
