I got to see Matthew Patrick Quinn as Hades twice, once in 2023 and again in 2024 and his height really added to Hades’ characterization, I remember one of the times he knelt down to hold the Persephone at her waist, it was transcendent

I don’t understand how people don’t realize Hades and Persephone are GENUINELY IN LOVE. Hades only cheated once- which in Greek Mythology lore is INSANE, and Persephone only cheated twice and both times it’s because she was either tricked into thinking it was Hades or forced. These two genuinely love each other and are the most loyal and untoxic couple canonically

Every story of hades and Persephone not loving each other is so wrong they do love each other very much they just show it in different ways but this song is where u see their un-forbidden love for each other they might just be dancing but it is so much more it’s them showing that they trust each other and that they will never stop loving each other.
