So the judge in this case had to uphold the law. She cannot sanction for vigilante executions. However; the mother will undoubtedly appeal and probably receive a lighter sentence and/or receive early probation as she is not likely to reoffend

That’s Jamie Osuna, he’s extremely dangerous and committed absolutely horrific crimes but not the one this case is about. The tat-faced dude has been incarcerated since at least 2011 and will never be released. Has zero to do with this case.
