You could likely buy a painted bin run it for 10-15 years then do that twice and still be cheaper than stainless.

Those windows pop out real easy. Just weld a plate over the hole and set the hand you like least after the rust spots with an angle grinder.

My fertilizer bins are 40 years old, rusting and the coating has been flaking off for the past 30 years. I patch the holes and they keep going. Your bins look almost new compared to mine and I bet they still function the same.
