My husband does this all the time in the winter 😅 he never had a pair of winter shoes growing up and they always did that to go shovel snow and make money 😂

I went to Salem for a couple hours and didn’t pack an umbrella and my jacket didn’t have a hood (I’m from Texas) I got soaked like 2hrs in lol that was fun. I forget other places rain more often 😂

Way back in the late 70s/early 80s, my mom put Wonder Bread bags over our socks before winter boots for snow play. This is solid advice.
