I saw someone say "she got a full ride scholarship, of course she took it" - but in reality, they just made that up 😅. She could have gotten a full ride scholarship to a university in Hawaii but the creator *chose* to bastardize her story🙃

But is Nani not allowed to go to her dream university and study? LILO lives with her Ohana family; it’s a hard choice but Nani could give an even better life after her degree! As someone who lost a parent at age 26 judging the actions of the characters without fully knowing the reality is bonkers. Nani is allowed to venture further; she couldn’t afford to look after LILO and give her the best home life either!

hey so...maybe disney is trying to show us that children shouldn't be left with the responsibility to raise children..maybe Nani deserved a childhood and teenage/college experience and not just be a parent stuck in one place raising her sister..change sucks but we gotta understand

People trying to justify the new changes is crazy 😂 nobody asked for a new concept for Lilo & stitch. If it’s not scene for scene, it’s NOT a live action of the original movie. IF IT’S NOT GOING TO BE THE SAME, IT SHOULDN’T BE DONE AT ALL
