Naw, she was able to ask me questions because he called me as a witness. She wanted to know “how I knew what happened in their marriage, if it was facts or hearsay”. This was about a child custody hearing. Their divorce hearing has been done for two years. My knowledge, experience and training was already stated. So I simply replied with how does she know what happened during his first marriage? Judge stopped the questioning and she wasn’t ready for my reply. Thought she’d drag me into a fight 🤣. Please.
