As a linguist, ofc the pronounciation is wrong, he isn't a native ancient greek and as such, he cannot get the pronounciation perfect. Not even the ancient greek in greek schools isn't pronounced correctly because THERE IS NO SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN WAY that a language from FOUR TO FIVE THOUSAND YEARS AGO(4000-5000) will remains the same.

I didn't realize the Odyssey started with calling out the eating of Helios' cows. That seems to lend far more weight to them than the summaries I've seen. It makes me wonder what they're meant to represent, if anything.
