I’m glad I saw your live and picked up a vibration plate. After using it for a few days I have noticed such a reduction in pain. I also got my self some shoes for plantar .I have real pain in my left leg I have plantar fasciitis and a heal spur on my left foot. This is life changing for me thanks.
