i switched to a 19 after using a 17 cause my lactation consultant resized me and I feel like my supply tanked ... and my left one hurts now , my left is way bigger than my right so I just don't see how theyre both 19

Yesss and frequently check your size, it will change over time. If you start to feel new pain after a few month size might be why

finally forced my honey to help me size myself with the kit I got on amazon 3 weeks ago and tried it out this morning. Just under 10oz in one 20 minute session. I mean its been a few hours since I nursed, but even then I was usually barely getting 2oz total

Or bring your pump to the hospital and talk to your lactation specialist! depending on baby and your autonomy you might need bigger or smaller! I promise talking to nurses or health practitioner helpss
