did you know that you can eat the blueberries and walnuts and drink the milk (optionally with the optional protein powder) instead? losing fat is a result of calorie deficit NOT the way you do or do not blend your food together.

Why are people writing all of the comments on what they can’t have. This dude isn’t forcing people to drink it, nor is he saying that you can’t adjust ingredients, strain it, etc. don’t know if it’s all click bait or people genuinely can’t answer their own internal questions or research any more.
