The point of the movie is about destiny. Tai Lung wasn’t meant to be the Dragon Warrior, he could’ve accepted himself for who he was. That’s why the scroll shows nothing but a reflection, reveals the power of embracing yourself through Kungfu. Po became the Dragon Warrior because he learned to accept and be himself through Kung Fu. That’s what truly made him worthy. Hope it helps.

Everyone saying Tai Lung is absolutely crazy and didn’t understand the movie. Po’s Destiny was always the dragon warrior BECAUSE HE MADE IT HIS DESTINY. Even when he wanted to give up he came back because he knew his village was in danger. The scroll couldn’t give power because its the idea that the power and strength is already in you. It’s whether you believe it or not is whether you can reach your potential. Tai Lung only wanted it by force b/c of his greed and ego. Sure he was a great fighter. But he even says “You told me it was my destiny” Tai Lung didn’t believe it on his own. He knew the only way was force.

He really does but i just think Tigress deserved more bc she trained her whole life for that and didn't turn bad like Tai Lung did so i will forever think she deserves it the most. ( Just an opinion btw)

" Tai Lung deserved it more" it wasn't about being the strongest. Tai Lung was and IS very powerfull but the fact that he was consumed with rage n stuff and killed thousand of ppl just bc he wasn't picked prove that in fact he didn't deserve to be the dragon warrior.
