I've had the S1 for almost exactly 2 years. Last year it started having charging problems and customer support (which was excellent) gave me some tips to address that, which worked at the time. This year, same issue again. I sent it in for repair (under the 2 year warranty) and the repair was done SO quickly I thought there was a shipping issue and it was redirected back to me. Nope, fix was made and it was returned to me within a week of me sending it out.
