I've rarely seen a police officer who is so completely out of the law. There is a precedent from the Supreme Court that filming in a public place is not a crime, nor is it grounds for an investigation or search.

ONLY ONE whos adrenaline levels are up, is this police. Nothing criminal has happened and she wants to escalate something! Is it too difficult to understand that it is illegal to detain citizen without any crime! You cant detain nobody for temporarily amd start to investigate something. No, it goes opposite ways. FIRST you need actual cause, THEN you might get reason to detain IF you find some reason for it! Calm down, calm down, calm down, it was two seconds away that i throw my phone to the wall only because of that copper! She is obviously very young and inexperienced, but it is not any reason not to obey the law! She believe she is doing the right thing, buy actually she doesn't know a thing about law. I feel shame for her! You got litle time left to learn the law before ylure ruined your career. Acting like that in a video, not good at all!!!
