we pay 700/ month for park rent on a year round site on top of our campers payment of 650. then add in propane, we have a residential tank hooked up, and add electric 😵😵💫

My house gets so chaotic I’ve been sick for over a week finally feeling better and not looking forward to cleaning but 4 kids in a 2 bedroom making a 3rd bedroom but it gets destroyed so fast I don’t know how to keep organized I have a huge living room and a huge kitchen tho but it’s still a fixer upper still struggling I totally understand my friend

My rent was right at $3k alone. My lot rent includes water and electricity for a 50 AMP: $725 /mo. We bought our newest fifth wheel and payments are $350 and insurance is $210. I had a free fifth wheel from my dad but the kids didn’t have a room and I needed more space for them.
