When I was a kid we adopted a dog and it had giardia, no one in my family got giardia. We were all cleaning up after it, nobody got sick. The whole family getting it isn’t normal.

I’ve worked at a dog shelter so many dogs come to us with giarida or coccidia I never got it once you just wear gloves and wash your hands like come on

Giardia is so curable theres no need for the whole family to get sick like that. If you have a sick dog CLEAN UP THEIR TOYS!!! Make sure the baby is SAFE! Why is that so hard to grasp. Take the dogs to the vet. The baby to a doctor.

giardia is a parasitic infection.. NOT bacterial… protozoa are PARASITES!! shelter dogs often have it from consuming one another’s feces!!
