every time you renew your lease they tack on $100+ meanwhile new renters get your og price. if they find enough people to stick around they up the og rate. its how rent has skyrocketed.

I live in central MA, so not even close to Boston, it’s awful here. I’ve grown up here and the cost of living in this state is out of control. Not to mention i just got laid off and my fiance is on a partial lay off. Trying not to panic but i’m scared.
