Not to be that guy, but their shipbuilding capacity is 300x larger than ours, and all of their shipyards have to meet standards set by their military. Keep in mind that modern naval combat doesn't necessarily require warships, you can just as easily fit launch systems in shipping containers on civilian vessels. This is not a China glaze, this is a legitimate concern that needs to be addressed, we need more shipyards.
