why dont ppl understand that you fight the legality of it at court bot the side of the road. if it is deemed illegal(which this stop was not) everything will be dropped then u sue. this is not hard

When I get pulled I hand over my docs and answer questions with “yes sir” and “no sir.” I’ve gotten many tickets over the years but never been arrested. But that’s just me.
