@jasminseats: If my roast dinner isn’t served in a Yorkshire pudding then I don’t WANT IT 😤 Next video I’ll show you how to do the EASIEST roast lamb EBBBBERR Makes 12 Neutral oil or beef tallow 4 eggs 200ml milk 150g flour Good pinch of salt 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 2. Add enough oil or tallow to cover the base generously 3. Place into the oven for 20 minutes to bring oil up to temp 4. In a bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth 5. Once oil is hot, carefully pour the mixture in to the centre of the oil filling up half way. Use a spoon to catch any dripage 6.
