To add to establishing boundaries, you have to enforce them. The Narcs tend to not take you seriously unless you enforce them immediately. It takes a lot of strength to do so in my experience.

People need to understand the fact that human brains have problems processing the meaning of "don't/do not". So it's always better to phrase the statement/request/!boundary! with a positive conotation. Like she is saying in the video.
