Add 3 Tbsp of instant coffee into a bowl & brew with 400ml of boiling water, whisk. 2. Whip 650 g mascarpone in mixer until desired consistency. 3. Pour 650 g heavy cream & 1/2 cup icing sugar into a bowl & whip. 4. Whip heavy cream mixture & mascarpone together with 2 tbsp vanilla. 5. Break lady fingers into thirds & dip into coffee then place 2 at the bottom of the dessert cup. 6. Scoop cream over the top & repeat another layer of lady fingers, followed by more cream & Smooth out the top. 7.
