My wife’s Dyson Supersonic hairdryer has lasted 18 months . They gave me a 24 month warranty when I registered the product purchased from a third party supplier on 24/6/2025 , now it’s become faulty and stating it’s out of warranty at 18 months old. They want £99 to fix the fault and my wife will be without an hairdryer until it’s returned. Apparently according to their customer service dept, if you do not purchase the product from Dyson direct they don’t need to give you the extra warranty above 12 months in the UK. Disgusting service . Zero stars given for after sales customer service in UK.
